About Us

We are a bespoke residential property developer and investor. We develop boutique residential apartments and houses in the best parts of London.

G&G is a family business that brings together the expertise of the three directors in a business that they love in a city that they have always lived in.
We are straightforward to deal with, make quick decisions and are transparent in our dealings. Importantly in a business where people talk more than they act, we always do what we say we’re going to do when we say we’re going to do it.

Ben Mendoza

After learning his trade in a basement estate agency in central London, he went onto build up and sell his own succesful property refurbishment company and create a thriving niche London estate agency business. With interludes traveling the world, building a number of restaurants and a London residential investment portfolio, Ben has gone back to what he loves and does best, using his connections to find unique and desirable properties in great areas..

Sam Fraser Steele

Sam gave up a career in Law to pursue his passion for property and design. Working in a niche property development company he spent a few years turning shoe factories into loft apartments before forming his own project management company. Over the last 15 years he has completed numerous commercial and residential development projects for both companies and private clients. Sam has also diversified into other areas of the design business and is a director of an International branding and interior design company.

Sam is in charge of design and construction.

Marc Mendoza

Marc is an entrepreneur who has spent over 35 years working at a high level in the world of media planning & buying in U.K. and U.S.
At the same time, and with the advice of his nephews, he has built up a large residential property portfolio. Allegedly retired, Marc is indulging his passion for antiques by starting a new venture in California whilst concentrating on property development as his main investment and occupation in UK.

Marc is in charge of finance and business strategy.
